Holland Park Gate, London – Bespoke Luxury Furniture Project

Located in the prestigious Kensington, directly opposite the iconic Holland Park, Holland Park Gate is one of London’s most sought-after super-prime residential developments. Originally the site of a historic cinema, the building has been reimagined into a collection of luxury apartments and penthouses that blend heritage architecture with contemporary living.

The development comprises a series of elegant buildings arranged around a landscaped courtyard, offering residents exceptional amenities including a private health club, spa, and five-star hospitality services—defining modern luxury living in London.

Working in collaboration with a leading interior design studio, we contributed to this project as a specialist interior designers resource, supplying a collection of bespoke luxury furniture tailored to the residence interiors. While the overall design concept was led by the appointed designers, our role focused exclusively on delivering high-end, made-to-measure furniture pieces that enhance and complete the final scheme.

Each piece was expertly made in Britain, reflecting the craftsmanship and quality synonymous with UK manufacturing. From custom upholstery and statement seating to refined case goods, every element was designed to complement the architectural scale, high ceilings, and elegant proportions found throughout the development.

The interiors reflect a sophisticated, modern-classical aesthetic—balancing clean architectural lines with soft, natural materials and warm tonal palettes. Our bespoke furniture integrates seamlessly within this vision, adding depth, texture, and a sense of understated luxury to each space.
