Park Modern, Bayswater, London – Bespoke Luxury Furniture Project

Located on Bayswater Road overlooking Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens, Park Modern is one of London’s most prestigious super-prime residential developments. Designed by leading architects and forming part of a wider regeneration of Bayswater, the scheme sets a new benchmark for park-side luxury living, with expansive residences, floor-to-ceiling glazing, and exceptional views across London’s most iconic green spaces.

The development comprises a collection of high-end apartments and penthouses, complemented by world-class amenities including a spa, 25m swimming pool, private cinema, and 24-hour concierge services—creating a fully serviced residential experience defined by comfort, exclusivity, and architectural excellence.

Working in collaboration with the appointed interior design team, we contributed to this project as a specialist interior designers resource, supplying a collection of bespoke luxury furniture tailored to the show apartments and residential interiors. While the overall design vision and styling were led by the designers, our role focused on delivering high-quality, made-to-measure furniture pieces that complete and elevate the final scheme.

Each item was expertly made in Britain, reflecting the precision, craftsmanship, and heritage of UK manufacturing. From tailored seating and refined upholstery to statement furniture pieces, every element was designed to complement the architectural scale, natural light, and contemporary elegance of the development.

The interiors embrace a modern, understated aesthetic—combining clean lines with soft, neutral palettes and premium materials that maximise light and space. Our bespoke furniture enhances this environment, adding warmth, texture, and sophistication while maintaining a seamless integration with the designer’s concept.
