Located within the landmark Silkstream development in Hendon, this marketing suite was created to showcase a new generation of contemporary London living. Positioned in a major regeneration area, Silkstream offers a collection of modern apartments set amongst landscaped gardens, resident amenities, and community-focused spaces—defining a new standard of suburban luxury living with strong connections to central London .

Marketing suites within developments of this scale are essential in communicating both lifestyle and design intent. At Silkstream, the space was conceived as an immersive environment, reflecting the development’s focus on wellbeing, natural materials, and modern living. The interior design incorporates biophilic elements, natural textures, and calming palettes to create a welcoming and aspirational experience for prospective buyers .

Working in collaboration with the appointed interior design studio, we contributed to this project as a specialist interior designers resource, supplying a complete collection of bespoke luxury furniture tailored specifically for the marketing suite. While the overall interior design concept and spatial planning were led by the designers, our role focused exclusively on delivering high-quality, made-to-measure furniture that brings the scheme to life.

Each piece was expertly made in Britain, reflecting the craftsmanship and precision associated with UK manufacturing. From tailored lounge seating and custom dining furniture to integrated elements within the suite, every item was designed to complement the natural material palette and contemporary architectural setting.

The furniture enhances the suite’s calm, nature-inspired aesthetic—featuring warm tones, tactile finishes, and refined detailing that align with the development’s wellness-driven identity.
